This upscale private condominium located within the premium residential district of Mont Kiara was envisioned as a contemporary high-rise retreat designed for modern urban living. The project explored a minimalist luxury approach by integrating panoramic city views, soft neutral palettes, and architectural detailing that creates a calm yet sophisticated residential atmosphere suited for metropolitan lifestyles in Kuala Lumpur.

The design language prioritised spatial efficiency, natural illumination, and seamless transitions between private and communal zones within the residence. Through the use of bespoke cabinetry, layered lighting compositions, and carefully curated material selections, the interior environment was transformed into a refined living space that balances modern aesthetics with everyday practicality.
